Automotive EMC Test Technician??Contract Type: Permanent (CDI) / Freelance / Umbrella Company??Working Hours: Two-shift rotation (6:00 AM-2:00 PM / 1:00 PM-9:00 PM)?? About the RoleAs part of the expansion of its Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) activities, a major player in the automotive industry is seeking an Automotive EMC Test Technician to join its testing laboratory based in Créteil.You will work on products from various automotive business units, supporting key validation activities, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality testing services.As the laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited, maintaining high standards of rigor, documentation quality, and compliance with testing procedures will be essential for success in this role.?? Key ResponsibilitiesEMC Test Preparation & ExecutionAnalyze test plans and applicable standards.Prepare test setups and required equipment.Set up and perform EMC tests on automotive equipment.Conduct testing in accordance with established methods and industry standards.Verify the proper functioning of products throughout testing phases.Results Analysis & ReportingAnalyze test results and measurements.Identify and document any non-conformities.Communicate test outcomes and findings to project teams.Laboratory Quality & Continuous ImprovementContribute to maintaining the quality standards of the ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.Support laboratory performance objectives, including testing lead times, report quality, and customer satisfaction.

? Required ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in EMC testing within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of automotive electromagnetic compatibility testing methods.Experience working with EMC test benches (BAT EMC).Good understanding of automotive validation standards and procedures.Proficiency with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, spectrum analyzers, RF generators, wattmeters, and related instruments.Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a rigorous approach to testing activities.
